摘要
随着经济全球化的不断推进,中小民营企业的数量持续增加,逐渐成为我国经济发展的重要力量。现在市场竞争日益激烈,而中小民营企业规模较小、自身实力不强,存货作为企业的重要资产,其管理水平会直接影响企业的生产经营状况。文章分析了中小民营企业在存货管理方面存在的主要问题,针对具体问题提出了解决对策,以期帮助中小民营企业改善库存管理现状,提高经济效益.
With the continuous advancement of economic globalization, the number of small and medium-sized private enterprises has been growing continuously, and has gradually become an important force in China’s economic development.Now the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, due to the small scale of small and medium-sized private enterprises, their own strength is not strong.As an important asset of an enterprise, the management level of inventory will directly affect the production and operation status of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the main problems of small and medium-sized private enterprises in inventory management, and proposes solutions to specific problems, in order to help small and medium-sized private enterprises improve the status quo of inventory management and improve the economic efficiency.
