水性聚氨酯的合成及对印花牢度和清晰度的影响

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃1000(PTMG1000)、聚碳酸酯二元醇1000(PCDL1000)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、丁酮肟(MKEO)和三乙胺(TEA)为原料制得水性聚氨酯(WPU)。采用红外光谱对其进行结构表征;通过铅笔硬度测试,探究了WPU分子软硬段比例与固化膜硬度的关系;采用WPU作粘合剂进行棉织物的涂料印花,通过色牢度测试和印花织物清晰度测试分别探讨了焙烘时间、焙烘温度以及WPU软硬段比例对印花织物色牢度的影响和WPU软硬段比例与印花织物清晰度的关系。结果表明,WPU分子软段比例越大,固化膜的硬度越小,韧性越好;延长焙烘时间和提升焙烘温度可以实现印花织物色牢度半级至1级的提高;WPU软段比例越大,印花织物越易获得优良的色牢度和清晰度。 Taking isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetrahydrofuran 1000(PTMG1000),polycarbonate diol 1000(PCDL1000),dimethylol butyric acid(DMBA),1,4-butanediol(BDO),methyl ethyl ketoxime(MEKO)and triethylamine(TEA)as raw materials,a waterborne polyurethane(WPU)prepolymer was produced.The configuration of the product were characterized by FTIR.According to pencil hardness test,the influence of the ratio of soft and hard segments of WPU molecule on the hardness of cured film was studied.Cotton fabrics were printed with WPU as adhesive.The effects of baking time,baking temperature and the ratio of soft and hard segments of WPU on color fastness were discussed by color fastness test,the ratio on the definition of printed pattern outline was analyzed through the definition of outline test.The result show that larger the proportion of WPU soft segment,the lower the hardness and the better the resilience of the cured film;prolonging time and raising temperature can improve the color fastness by half to one grade;the larger the proportion of WPU soft segments,the better the color fastness and the pattern definition tend to be.
