摘要
利用尿素减弱天然胶乳中蛋白质的氢键作用,使蛋白质的结构变疏松,然后采用碱性蛋白酶水解,制备低蛋白天然胶乳(LPNRL),并采用脂肪酶水解磷脂产物构建低蛋白天然胶乳的稳定体系。结果表明,在磷脂用量为0.8%时,当脂肪酶用量从0.04%增加到0.1%,无论是低氨还是高氨低蛋白天然胶乳的稳定性都有显著的提高,即磷脂水解产物能显著提高低蛋白天然胶乳的稳定性,为低蛋白天然胶乳的保存提供新方法。
The low protein natural latex(LPNRL)was prepared by removing the protein from natural rubber latex(NRL)with the assistance of urea to weaken the hydrogen bond of protein in natural latex and loosen its structure.The results show that the stability of low ammonia or high ammonia LPNRL is significantly improved,when the amount of lipase is increased from 0.04%to 0.1%,when the amount of phospholipid is 0.8%.It means that the phospholipid hydrolysates can improve the mechanical stability of LPNRL.This study can provide a new method for the preservation of LPNRL.
