摘要
国际科技组织是多边科技合作的重要平台。本文从学术影响力、社会影响力和全球治理影响力三个维度,选取了奖项、所属学科等级、主席学术影响力、学术期刊影响力、信息公开程度、所在国创新能力、系列会议历史、会议规模、对外资助项目和制定国际标准共10个二级指标,对21个物理学领域非政府间国际科技组织进行实证研究。结果显示,设置面向各国科学家的奖项、优越的地理位置、定期举办大规模系列学术会议、参与制定国际标准与开展对外资助项目等有助于组织影响力的提升。
International science and technology organizations are important platforms for multilateral science and technology cooperation.This paper selects 10 secondary indicators in three dimensions of academic influence,social influence and global governance influence for the characteristics of the field of physics,including awards,disciplinary ranking,academic influence of the chair,influence of academic journals,information disclosure,innovation capacity of host countries,history of the conference series,scale of the conference,development of international standards and externally funded projects.Then we conducted an evaluation study on the influence of 21 international non-governmental science and technology organizations in the field of physics.The results show that the establishment of awards for scientists from various countries,excellent geographical location,the regular holding of large series of academic conferences,the participation in the development of international standards and external funding projects contribute to the improvement of the organization's impact.
