摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析病人家庭关怀度水平的危险因素。方法:选取医院收治的84例DN血液透析病人,评估所有病人的家庭关怀度水平[家庭关怀度量表(APGAR)],设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有病人的基线资料,比较不同资料特征DN血液透析病人的APGAR评分,分析DN血液透析病人家庭关怀度水平的危险因素。结果:不同透析年限、受教育程度、并发症的DN血液透析病人APGAR评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间其他不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、糖尿病病程、家庭人均月收入的DN血液透析病人APGAR评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,透析年限长、受教育程度低、并发症均是DN血液透析病人家庭关怀度水平低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:DN血液透析病人家庭关怀度水平呈中低水平,透析年限长、受教育程度低、并发症均是DN血液透析病人家庭关怀度水平低的危险因素。
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of family care in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 84 DN hemodialysis patients admitting to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected to evaluate the level of family care of all patients by using the Family Care Scale(APGAR Score).The baseline data questionnaire was designed,and the baseline data of all patients were analyzed in detail.The APGAR score of DN patients undergoing hemodialysis with different data characteristics was compared.The APGAR score was used to analyze the risk factors of family care level in DN hemodialysis patients.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in APGAR score among DN hemodialysis patients with different dialysis years,education levels,and complications(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference among other DN hemodialysis patients with different genders,ages,marital status,diabetes course,and monthly per capita family income(P>0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis results showed that long years of dialysis,low education level,and complications were all risk factors for low level of family care in DN hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of family care in hemodialysis patients with DN is medium to low.Long years of dialysis,low education level,and complications are the risk factors for low level of family care in hemodialysis patients with DN.
