摘要
通过共轴定滑轮的传递放大原理设计了高精度快响应的水位计,同时实现测量结果数字化,有利于信息的存储、处理及无线传输。以此为基础,测量了该仪器的水位测量精确程度,水面高低变化的响应快慢,并实现了水面震荡情况下的水位准确测量,最后,研究了浮球浸入程度对测量结果的影响。通过实验证明,该水位计的测量精度达到毫米量级,并能够有效避免水面震荡对测量结果的影响;同时,利用其高灵敏、快响应的特点能够实现水位超速上升的预警,能够灵活地应用于各种环境的水位变化测量。
High precision and quick response water level meter was designed by amplification principle of concentric fixed pulley,the digital results were obtained for beneficial to information storage,processing and wireless transmission.Based on that,the accuracy of measurement and the corresponding speed of water level change are measured,and the accurate measurement of water level under the condition of water surface oscillation is realized,the influence of the immersion degree of floating ball on the measurement results was studied.The practice shows that the measurement accuracy of the water level meter reaches millimeter level,and the impact of water surface vibration can effectively avoid.Meanwhile,high sensitivity and fast corresponding of this meter can realize the early warning of water level over speed rise.This water level meter can be flexibly applied to the measurement of water level changes in various environments.
