摘要 针对传统医疗人力资源调度方法在应对多地突发公共卫生事件时,存在调度效率低、均衡度较差等问题,该文提出了一种基于改进蚁群算法的医疗人力资源应急优化调度模型设计方案。该方案采用分析蚁群算法中蚂蚁在移动过程中的信息素来判断人员、路径安排的合理性与均衡程度。通过引入遗传算法,并使其与蚁群算法相结合,再利用交叉和变异操作改善了医疗人力资源调度模型的求解速度及质量。仿真实验将该模型与基于粒子群算法和蜂群算法的调度模型进行了细致的对比,结果表明,所提模型使任务分配偏差分别降低了29.6%和38.7%,证明了所提方案具有一定的有效性与优越性。 In view of the problems of low scheduling efficiency and poor balance of traditional medical human resources scheduling methods in dealing with public health emergencies in many places,this paper proposes a design scheme of Medical Human Resources Emergency optimal scheduling model based on improved ant colony algorithm.In this scheme,the pheromone of ants in the moving process of ant colony algorithm is analyzed to judge the rationality and balance of personnel and path arrangement.By introducing genetic algorithm and combining it with ant colony algorithm,the solution speed and quality of medical human resource scheduling model are improved by using crossover and mutation operations.The simulation experiment compares the model designed in this paper with the scheduling model based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and bee colony algorithm.The model reduces the task allocation deviation by 29.6%and 38.7%respectively,which proves that the proposed scheme has certain effectiveness and superiority.
