摘要
针对目前国内造船业的焊接工作主要依靠焊工手工完成,自动化水平比较低,劳动强度比较大,生产效率比较低,焊接质量不稳定的情况,对全位置焊接小车的现场合理使用进行探讨。对全位置焊接小车的定义和发展进行阐述,并简述其现场装配安装工艺、焊接工艺及有关参数等,结合实际情况分析全位置焊接小车现场合理使用的重要性。分析认为,全位置焊接小车可广泛应用于船舶立角焊、平角焊和对接焊等领域中,其在这些应用领域可充分发挥自身优势,提高焊接质量和焊接效率。
At present, the welding automation level of domestic shipbuilding industry is relatively low, and welding work mainly relies on the manual work of welders, which often leads to great labor intensity, low production efficiency and unstable quality. This paper analyzes and discusses the rational application of all-position welding trolley on site with the aim to improve the situation. The definition and development of all-position welding trolley are elaborated, the assembly and installation on site are illustrated briefly, and the importance of reasonable application of the trolley is analyzed in the light of the actual situation. It is concluded that the trolley can be widely used in vertical fillet welding, flat fillet welding and butt welding, where the advantages of all-position welding trolley can be given full play and improve the welding quality and efficiency.
