摘要
超超临界二次再热技术作为目前最先进可行的燃煤发电技术之一,应用于发电机组可以提高发电效率、降低碳排放,而其调峰能力对新能源顺利并网发电也具有重要意义。其中,超超临界二次再热锅炉技术是影响二次再热技术发展的关键技术问题之一。为了更好发挥超超临界二次再热技术的优势,国内外众多科研机构对锅炉关键技术开展了大量研究工作,但该领域研究进展方面的总结工作较少。故本文针对锅炉关键技术中汽温调节、壁温偏差控制及材料选用研发方面的研究进行了综述,并对其发展方向进行了展望。综合来看,国内外关于再热蒸汽温度的调节手段虽存在差异,但均为多种手段的综合应用,且国内汽温调节研究主要针对燃烧器摆角、烟气挡板和烟气再循环等技术。目前,锅炉高温受热面的出口管接头和出口集箱、管道材料的限制是更高等级机组发展受阻的主要原因。未来发电机组将继续朝着大容量、高参数的方向发展。二次再热机组在进一步发展机组效率和经济性的同时,也需关注操作灵活性的提升。同时,应加快650℃二次再热机组示范工程建设和700℃高温金属材料研发,以大幅度提高机组效率。
As one of the most advanced and feasible coal-fired power generation technologies,ultra-supercritical(USC)double reheat technology can be applied to power generation units to improve power generation efficiency and reduce carbon emissions,while its peaking capacity is also significant for the grid stability with an increasing share of renewable energy sources.The USC double reheat boiler technology is one of the essential technologies affecting the development of double reheat technology.In order to maximize the advantages of USC double reheat technology,extensive researches on key boiler technologies have been carried out.But there is little review work on the research progress in this field.Therefore,this paper reviews research on key boiler technologies,including steam temperature regulation,wall temperature deviation control,and material selection and development.Meanwhile,it provides an outlook on the future development direction.In summary,although there are differences in the means of regulating the reheat steam temperature globally,they are all comprehensive applications of multiple methods.In China,steam temperature regulation research is mainly focusing on burner swing angle,flue gas damper and flue gas recirculation.At present,limitations on the outlet pipe joints and outlet collector and piping materials of boiler high-temperature heating surface are the obstacles of the development of higher-grade units.In the future,the large-capacity and high-parameter power generation units will be continuously developed.While further improving the efficiency and economy of double reheat units,attention should also be paid to the improvement of operational flexibility.The construction of 650℃double reheat unit demonstration project and the development of 700℃high-temperature metal materials should be accelerated to substantially improve the efficiency of the unit.
