摘要 详细介绍2种方式下投运抽汽背压式汽轮机(BEST)回热系统的过程,并且分析投运方式对主要参数的影响。结果表明:采用加热器随机投运方式会导致BEST背压偏低,电机组功率超限;采用先投运低压加热器(简称低加)后投运高压加热器(简称高加)方式,需要较长的时间,但有利于BEST建立背压,避免了BEST背压过低导致电机组功率超限,该方法可以降低机组煤耗,提高机组经济性。 The two commissioning methods of the back pressure extraction steam turbine(BEST)regenerative system were introduced in detail,and the influence of the commissioning method on main parameters was analyzed.Results show that,the lower back pressure of the BEST and the over-limited power of the generator unit are caused by the adoption of the random commissioning of heaters.The method of commissioning the low pressure heater at first and then commissioning the high pressure heater needs a longer time,while this method is conducive to the establishment of the back pressure of the BEST.In this way,the phenomenon of the over-limited power of the generator unit caused by the lower back pressure of the BEST can be avoided.This may reduce the coal consumption of the unit and improve the economy of the unit.
