2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖、血脂的关系分析 被引量:12

Analysis of the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖、血脂的关系。方法100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照糖化血红蛋白检测结果分为A组(19例)、B组(35例)及C组(46例)。A组糖化血红蛋白检测值<7%,B组糖化血红蛋白检测值7%~9%,C组糖化血红蛋白检测值>9%。对比三组患者空腹血糖、血脂水平。结果C组患者空腹血糖(9.95±1.11)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.40±0.75)mmol/L、甘油三酯(2.89±0.52)mmol/L、总胆固醇(7.75±0.50)mmol/L均高于A组的(8.11±0.95)mmol/L、(2.88±0.57)、(2.44±0.44)、(6.45±0.35)mmol/L和B组的(8.45±1.01)、(2.93±0.68)、(2.63±0.48)、(6.61±0.41)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.03±0.11)mmol/L低于A组的(1.37±0.23)mmol/L和B组的(1.12±0.17)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);即随糖化血红蛋白水平升高,空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、胆固醇水平也随之上升,高密度脂蛋白水平则随之下降。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行糖化血红蛋白检测,可有效评估其空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标的变化情况,利于医师对患者血糖、血脂变化进行更有效判断,对2型糖尿病患者的病情诊断及诊疗方案有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the research subjects and were divided into group A(19 cases),group B(35 cases)and group C(46 cases)according to the detection results of glycosylated hemoglobin.Group A had glycosylated hemoglobin detection values<7%,group B had glycosylated hemoglobin detection values 7%-9%,and group C had glycosylated hemoglobin detection values>9%.The fasting blood glucose and lipid levels in the three groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose(9.95±1.11)mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(3.40±0.75)mmol/L,triglycerides(2.89±0.52)mmol/L and total cholesterol(7.75±0.50)mmol/L in group C were higher than(8.11±0.95),(2.88±0.57),(2.44±0.44),(6.45±0.35)mmol/L in group A,and(8.45±1.01),(2.93±0.68),(2.63±0.48),(6.61±0.41)mmol/L in group B;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.03±0.11)mmol/L in group C was lower than(1.37±0.23)mmol/L in group A and(1.12±0.17)mmol/L in group B;The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).As glycosylated hemoglobin levels increased,fasting glucose,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride,and total cholesterol levels also increased,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels decreased.Conclusion The glycosylated hemoglobin detection can effectively evaluate the changes of fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is helpful for physicians to make more effective judgment on the changes of blood glucose and lipids,and is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
