摘要
目的:探究自我效能心理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者负性情绪的影响。方法:随机选取某医院收治的70例乳腺癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者实施常规性临床护理干预,观察组患者在此基础之上接受自我效能心理教育,对比两组患者干预前后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分结果。结果:干预后两组患者GSES评分、SAS评分、SDS评分结果均优于干预前,观察组患者GSES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS、SDS评分结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规临床健康教育相比,基于自我效能理论的心理干预更能帮助乳腺癌术后化疗患者改善疾病治疗期间的负性情绪及生活质量,在一定程度上提高了化疗患者的自我效能感。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on self efficacy theory on negative emotions of postoperative breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:a total of 70 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy were selected randomly.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.There were 35 cases in each of the two groups.Routine clinical nursing intervention was implemented for the control group.On this basis,the observation group received self-efficacy psychological education.The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSEs),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:after the corresponding intervention,the GSEs scores of the two groups were better than those before the intervention,but the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After the corresponding intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were better than those before the intervention,but the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with conventional clinical health education,psychological intervention based on self-efficacy theory can help patients with breast cancer to improve their negative emotions and quality of life during chemotherapy,and improve their self-efficacy to some extent.
