摘要
根据用户需求和钢绞线发展方向,通过添加Cr、V等合金元素和增大盘条规格,提高盘条的初始抗拉强度和钢丝加工硬化率,开发出1960 MPa级1×7-21.6结构大规格高强度钢绞线和原料盘条。试制的盘条抗拉强度超过1380 MPa,钢绞线抗拉强度超过2000 MPa,可满足用户需求。
According to user demand and development direction of steel strand,by adding Cr,V and other alloy elements and increasing wire rod specification,initial tensile strength of wire rod and work hardening rate of steel wire are improved,and 1960 MPa grade 1×7-21.6 large size high strength steel strand and wire rod are developed.The tensile strength of trial produced wire rod exceeds 1380 MPa,and tensile strength of steel strand exceeds 2000 MPa,which can meet users needs.
