摘要
紫外分光光度计是一种以分析化学为基础的仪器。主要综述了紫外分光光度计的检测原理和结构设计,分析总结了紫外分光光度计在环境监测保护方面,作为检测设备在各个领域中的应用;重点阐述了紫外分光光度计在气体监测、水质分析和土壤监测中的应用,并对紫外分光光度计的发展趋势进行了分析。
UV spectrophotometer is an instrument based on analytical chemistry. The detection principle and structural design of UV spectrophotometer are mainly reviewed, and the application of UV spectrophotometer in environmental monitoring and protection as detection equipment in various fields is analyzed and summarized. In particular, the application of UV spectrophotometer in gas monitoring, water quality analysis and soil monitoring is emphasized, and the development trend of UV spectrophotometer is analyzed.
