摘要
探讨生物可降解纤维在过滤和包装用非织造材料中的应用进展。介绍了过滤和包装用非织造材料的发展情况。分别论述了以天然纤维、再生纤维和合成纤维为原料的非织造材料成型工艺,以及这些非织造材料在过滤和包装领域的应用情况;分析了过滤和包装用可降解非织造材料的发展趋势。认为:过滤和包装用生物可降解非织造材料应具备高性能、低成本,实现原料的多元化和功能化,简化生产工艺;研发可降解的纤维并拓宽其应用领域是目前的重点。
Application progress of biodegradable fiber in nonwoven material for filtration and packaging was discussed.Development situation of nonwoven material for filtration and packaging was introduced.Molding process of nonwoven material with natural fiber,regenerated fiber and synthetic fiber as raw material,and application situation in filtration and packaging fields were discussed respectively.Development trend of biodegradable nonwoven for filtration and packaging was analyzed.It is considered that biodegradable nonwoven material for filtration and packaging should have higher performance and lower cost,realize the diversification and functionalization of raw materials,and simplify production process.The current focus is research and development of biodegradable fiber and broadening their application areas.
