高压聚乙烯装置增压机出口管线振动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 茂名某石化企业25万t/a高压聚乙烯2号装置二次增压机一段出口管线多次出现振动过大问题。采用振动信号测试结合有限元仿真模拟的方法,对振动较大的出口管线进行振动分析。通过对频谱图的深度分析认为,二次增压机一段出口附近管线振动和其他管线振动激励机理不同,可能存在共振现象。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件计算管线模型的结构及气柱固有频率,对比激振频率与固有频率后,发现存在共振引起的振动异常。进一步的谐响应分析表明,引发增压机管线系统剧烈振动的原因是管线结构共振和管线气柱共振的叠加。通过对二次增压机一段出口管线系统振动特性的研究,可为减振措施的提出提供数据支持。 Vibration of the first section of the outlet pipeline of the secondary supercharger of the 250000 t/a high-pressure polyethylene No.2 unit of a petrochemical enterprise in Maoming occurred many times.Vibration signal testing combined with finite element simulation was used to analyze the vibration of the outlet pipeline with large vibration.Through the in-depth analysis of the frequency spectrum,it is concluded that the vibration mechanism of the pipeline near the outlet of the first section of the secondary supercharger is different from that of other pipelines,and there may be a resonance phenomenon.The ANSYS Workbench finite element software was used to calculate the structure of the pipeline model and the natural frequency of the gas column.After comparing the excitation frequency with the natural frequency,it was found that there was a vibration anomaly caused by resonance.Further harmonic response analysis shows that the superposition of the resonance of the pipeline structure and the resonance of the gas column is the cause of the intense vibration of the supercharger pipeline system.The research on vibration characteristics of the first section of outlet pipeline system of secondary supercharger can provide data support for the proposal of vibration reduction measures.
