摘要
目的分析精细化管理模式对人工耳蜗植入术低龄患儿服务质量评分(有形性、可靠性、回应性、保证性、同理性)、并发症(感染、头皮血肿、中耳炎)发生率、护理服务满意度的影响。方法选取淮安市第一人民医院分院耳咽喉科2016年6月至2021年6月收治的80例人工耳蜗植入术低龄患儿,依据护理模式的不同分为两组,每组各40例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组实施精细化管理模式。护理后(出院前)采用服务质量量表评定服务质量评分,统计并发症总发生率及护理服务总满意度。结果观察组的护理服务总满意度及服务质量评分中的有形性评分、可靠性评分、保证性评分高于对照组,服务质量评分中的回应性评分和同理性评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工耳蜗植入术低龄患儿护理中精细化管理模式能提升服务质量、降低并发症发生率并为构建和谐护患关系提供有力帮助,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of refined management mode on service quality scores(tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy),incidence of complications(infection,scalp hematoma,otitis media)and satisfaction with nursing service.Methods A total of 80 cases of young children who received cochlear implantation from June 2016 to June 2021 in the Department of Otolaryngology of Huai’an First People’s Hospital and divided them into two groups according to different nursing modes,40 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional nursing mode,and the observation group implemented the refined management mode.After nursing(before discharge),the service quality scale was used to evaluate the service quality score,the total incidence of complications and the total satisfaction rate of nursing services were counted.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing services,the tangibility score,reliability score and assurance score in the service quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the responsiveness score and empathy score in the service quality,and the total incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management model in the nursing of young children with cochlear implantation can further improve the quality of service,reduce the total incidence of complications,and provide a strong help for building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion.
