凡口矿边缘矿体充填输送研究 被引量:3

摘要 凡口铅锌矿边缘矿体的发现使矿山目前的充填系统无法满足日益增长的充填需求。根据凡口新探明矿体与充填站的位置关系提出了施工新充填钻孔,利用原充填钻孔两种管路布置方案;计算得出地表充填管路输送分级尾砂、细尾砂的最大允许充填倍线为8.56、3.47。根据理论计算与数值模拟结果,认为在充填管道的地表阶段输送分级尾砂和细尾砂时,两种方案都需要采用泵送方式输送;在充填管道地下阶段输送分级尾砂充填料浆时可以自流输送,当充填倍线降至3以下时才能自流输送细尾砂。对泵送压力的计算结果表明:充填系统需要配备最大泵送能力不小于12 MPa的充填泵才能满足矿山的充填料浆输送需求。 The discovery of marginal ore body in Fankou lead-zinc mine makes the current filling system of the mine unable to meet the increasing demand of backfilling.According to the position of the newly proved ore bodies and the filling stations in Fankou,this paper puts forward two kinds of pipeline layout schemes:the construction of new filling boreholes and the use of original filling boreholes.The maximum allowable stowing gradients of graded tailings and fine tailings transported by ground filling pipeline are calculated to be 8.56 and 3.47.According to the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results,it is considered that when the graded tailings and fine tailings are transported at the surface stage of filling pipeline,both schemes need to be transported by pumping.In the underground stage of filling pipeline,the graded tailings filling slurry can be transported by flow.When the filling times line drops below 3,fine tailings can be transported by flow.The calculation results of pumping pressure show that the filling system needs to be equipped with a filling pump with the maximum pumping capacity of not less than 12 MPa to meet the demand of filling slurry transportation in the mine.
