摘要
癌性疼痛是癌症患者常见的临床症状之一,经临床证实蜂针疗法对癌性疼痛有积极效果,文章参考大量文献对蜂针治疗癌性疼痛的机制进展进行阐述,为临床运用蜂针治疗癌性疼痛提供参考。大量研究证实蜂针治疗癌性疼痛与中枢及外周神经调节、神经化学机制、NTC换能机制及蜂毒素的抗炎镇痛、肿瘤抑制、免疫调节等机制有关,为进一步研究蜂针疗法提供了理论基础。
Cancer pain is one of the common clinical symptoms of cancer patients.It is clinically proved that bee acupuncture has a positive effect on cancer pain.This paper expounds the mechanism progress of Bee Acupuncture in the treatment of cancer pain with a large number of references,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of Bee Acupuncture in the treatment of cancer pain.A large number of studies have confirmed that Bee Acupuncture in the treatment of cancer pain is related to central and peripheral nerve regulation,neurochemical mechanism,NTC energy exchange mechanism,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,tumor inhibition and immune regulation of bee toxin,which provides a theoretical basis for further study of Bee Acupuncture therapy.
