摘要
内置钢板预制壳(Steel PlatePrefabricated Shell,SPPS)是一种新型加固RC柱的方法。设计2种钢板箍间距的预制壳加固不同箍筋配箍率的RC柱,并开展轴压加载试验。探讨了预制壳加固RC柱的破坏特征和受力性能,研究了不同钢板箍间距的约束效应,以及箍筋间距对SPPS加固柱轴压性能的影响规律。结果表明:SPPS加固能有效提高RC柱的峰值承载力,其加固效果随柱内部配箍率的减小和钢板箍配钢率的增大更为显著。通过理论研究和试验数据分析,提出了考虑箍筋和钢板箍共同约束的轴压承载力计算方法,计算结果偏于安全。提出的内置钢板预制壳加固方法具有优良的加固性能,可为工程应用提供借鉴。
The steel plate prefabricated shell(SPPS)is a new method for strengthening RC columns.Prefabricated shells with two different steel plate hoop spacing were designed to strengthen RC columns with different stirrup ratios,and the strengthened columns were tested under axial compression.The failure modes and mechanical performances of SPPS-strengthened RC columns were investigated.The confining effect of different steel plate spacing and the influence of stirrup spacing on the axial compression performance of SPPS-strengthened columns were also studied.The results showed that SPPS can effectively improve the peak bearing capacity of RC columns;the reinforcement effect was more significant with the decrease of the stirrup ratio and the increase of steel plate hoop reinforcement ratio.Based on theoretical analysis and experimental investigation,a calculation method for the axial compression bearing capacity was proposed,considering the effect of stirrups and steel plates.The calculation results were biased towards safety.The proposed SPPS method exhibits good strengthening performance and can provide an alternative option for engineering application.
