真空有载分接开关油乙炔超标故障机理研究及合理化建议

摘要 真空有载分接开关结构上灭弧触头位于真空泡内,在变压器进行正常调档情况下开关油不会产生乙炔。但是近几年来,发生了多起开关油乙炔超标的现象,给生产运维单位带来困扰。本文在对超标原因进行分析研究过程中,选取2台曾发生过油乙炔超标的VCM型真空分接开关,并对其中1台分接开关进行返厂解体、检查并开展复合波形和分波形试验。研究结果表明,VCM型开关在制造过程中,受切换开关芯子油室尺寸限制导致转换触头行程距离不足,在变压器调档过程中,转换触头在油中拉弧放电是造成油乙炔超标的原因,最后根据故障机理从物资采购及运维检修方面提出相应的合理化建议。 The interrupting contact on the vacuum on-load tap-changer structure is located in the vacuum bubble,and the switching oil does not produce acetylene under normal transformer shifting conditions. However,in recent years,there have been many cases of acetylene exceedance in the switching oil,which has caused problems for the production,operation and maintenance units. In this paper,two VCM-type vacuum on-load tap-changers with excessive acetylene oil were selected for analysis of the causes of the exceedance,and one of the on-load tap-changers was returned to the factory for disassembly,inspection,and testing of the composite and split waveforms. The results show that in the manufacturing process of VCM switch,the limited size of the oil chamber of the switch core leads to the insufficient travel distance of the transfer contacts,the arcing discharge of transfer contacts in oil is the cause of over standard of oil acetylene. At last,according to the fault mechanism,some reasonable suggestions are put forward from the aspects of material purchase and maintenance.
