胎儿心脏超声检查用于先天性心脏病检测的临床应用及准确性分析

摘要 目的:探讨胎儿心脏超声检查在先天性心脏病检测中的临床应用价值以及准确率。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月在济宁市兖州区人民医院接受孕检的孕产妇3 158例,均分别接受常规超声及胎儿心脏超声检查。以省级医院超声复查证实后作引产处理情况为金标准,分析不同检查方式的诊断价值。结果:3 158例孕妇当中,产后有先天性心脏病胎儿例数为27例(0.85%)。胎儿心脏超声检查的检出率88.89%显著高于常规超声检查的62.96%(P<0.05)。胎儿心脏超声检查的准确率97.85%、灵敏度88.89%、特异度97.92%均显著高于常规超声检查的95.06%、62.96%、95.34%(P<0.05)。结论:在先天性心脏病筛查过程中,应用胎儿心脏超声检查的准确率较高,其可以为疾病诊断提供重要参考依据,有进一步推广应用的价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value and accuracy of fetal cardiac ultrasound in the detection of congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 3158 cases of pregnant women who received pregnancy examination in Yanzhou District People’s Hospital of Jining city from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and all of them received routine ultrasound examination and fetal heart ultrasound examination respectively.The diagnostic value of different examination methods was analyzed with the treatment of induced labor confirmed by ultrasonography in provincial hospitals as the gold standard.Results Among 3158 pregnant women,the number of fetuses with congenital heart disease after delivery was 27(0.85%).The detection rate of fetal heart ultrasonography was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography(62.96%,P <0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of fetal heart ultrasonography were 97.85%,88.89% and 97.92%,which were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasonography(95.06%,62.96% and 95.34%,P <0.05).Conclusion In the process of congenital heart disease screening,the application of fetal cardiac ultrasonography has high accuracy,which can provide an important reference for disease diagnosis,and has the value of further promotion and application.
