氧化泥硅质板岩金矿矿物学及选矿试验论证

摘要 西北地区某氧化金矿为泥硅质板岩型难选氧化金矿石,试验采用光谱半定量、化验、显微镜、探针等多种技术方法对其进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石性质并通过多种矿物选别技术进行试验论证。结果表明:矿石主要回收元素Au的含量仅为1.41 g/t,Ag含量达到伴生回收标准,矿石中Au以裸露-半裸露赋存的占有率仅为44.69%,Au在矿物中分布较为分散,且赋存金的矿物粒级不均,矿石工艺类型及自然类型为泥硅质板岩型的氧化金矿石。选矿试验结果显示该矿石需要采用较复杂的选别工艺才能提高提Au效果。 An oxidized gold ore of a gold mine in Northwest China is argillaceous siliceous slate type refractory oxidized gold ore.A detailed process mineralogy study has been carried out by using spectral semi quantitative,chemical analysis,microscope,probe and other technical methods,and the ore properties have been found out and demonstrated through a variety of mineral separation techniques.The results show that the main recovered gold element content of the ore is only 1.41g/t,the silver content meets the associated recovery standard,the gold in the ore is only 45%of the naked and semi-exposed gold,the distribution of gold in the mineral is relatively scattered,and the occurrence of gold mineral grain size is uneven,the ore process type is argillite slate-type gold ore,the natural type is oxide ore.Beneficiation test results show that the ore needs more complex separation process to improve the effect of gold extraction.
