摘要
在水稻土栽培条件下,选用东方百合“西伯利亚”二代种球为试材,以清水处理作为对照,分别喷施1000倍(A)、750倍(B)、500倍(C)三种浓度和甘氨酸(1)、蛋氨酸(2)、苏氨酸(3)、苏氨酸锌(4)、氨基酸原粉(5)五种外源氨基酸叶面肥测试对百合的植株生长量和切花寿命的影响,以期为延长百合的切花寿命提供参考依据。结果表明:不同氨基酸处理均能提高百合花枝的最大花茎和花枝开花率,但不影响百合植株的株高、茎粗和叶片数量;喷施500倍和750倍的甘氨酸、蛋氨酸,以及750倍和1000倍的氨基酸原粉,均能明显降低叶片枯萎率,延长百合切花的花枝寿命、单花寿命和盛花期时间,其中以750倍蛋氨酸的综合效果最佳,花枝寿命和单花寿命均比对照延长1d以上,盛花期比对照延长2d以上。
In this experiment,under the condition of paddy soil cultivation,lilium oriental hybrids“Siberia”second generation seed ball was selected as the test material,and the water treatment was used as the control.The effects of spraying 1000 times(A),750 times(B),500 times(C)three concentrations and glycine(1),methionine(2),threonine(3),threonine zinc(4),amino acid powder(5)five kinds of exogenous amino acid foliar fertilizer on the growth and longevity of lilium were tested,in order to provide reference for prolonging the longevity of lilium.The results showed that different amino acid treatments could increase the maximum flower stem and blossom rate,but didn’t affect the plant height,stem diameter and leaves number of lilium.Spraying 500 times,750 times glycine and methionine,as well as 750 times,1000 times amino acid powder,could significantly reduce the leaf withering rate,and prolong the flower stem life,single flower life and full-flowering period of cut lilium.Among them,the comprehensive effect of 750 times methionine was the best,compared with control,the flower stem life and single flower life were prolonged by 1d,and the full-blossom period was prolonged by 2d.
