摘要
农林类专业是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,需要不断完善创新创业教育体系。在国家实施乡村振兴战略背景下,农林类专业开展创新创业教育面临着创业意识欠缺、创业课程不完善、创业师资不强、创业教育成效不显著等困难。针对上述现状,提出相应实践路径:高职农林类专业要完善创业课程体系,培育创新创业人才;结合优势资源,建立创新创业导师库;发挥孵化赛事的引领功能,提升学生创业意识;构建创新创业实践平台,提升品牌服务。以某个国家级首批“乡村振兴优质校”为院校实际,阐述该校农林类专业创新创业教育的实践探索,以期为同类型的地方高职院校开展创新创业教育提供借鉴。
Major in Agriculture and Forestry is an important part of vocational education in China,which needs to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system constantly.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,innovation and entrepreneurship education of the majors in agriculture and forestry is facing with some difficulties,such as lack of entrepreneurship awareness,imperfect entrepreneurship courses,insufficient entrepreneurship teachers,and insignificant results of entrepreneurship education.In view of the above situation,it is suggested that vocational agriculture and forestry majors should improve the entrepreneurship curriculum system and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Combining superior resources,establish the innovation and entrepreneurship mentor database;Give full play to the leading function of incubation competition to enhance students’entrepreneurial consciousness;We will build a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship and improve brand services.Based on the actual situation with one of the first national“High Quality Rural Revitalization Colleges”,the author expounds the practice and exploration of innovation industry education in agriculture and forestry majors of this college to provide reference for local vocational colleges of the same type to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
