摘要
在数字乡村建设过程中,亟须解决数字技术高速发展与农村老年人“数字鸿沟”日益加深之间的矛盾。通过分析农村数字化建设现状和调查重庆Q区农村老年人手机使用情况,探讨了目前农村老年人“数字鸿沟”的主要表征:数字思维鸿沟、技术应用鸿沟、产品供给鸿沟和“数字反哺”鸿沟,主要由农村老年人数字素养不足与畏惧心理、数字技术应用能力缺乏、智能化产品难以满足多样化需求、“数字反哺”的缺失等方面造成。要弥合农村老年人“数字鸿沟”,就要培养农村老年人的数字素养,提高其数字技术应用能力,扩大适老化智能终端产品供给,形成政府、社会、企业、家庭帮扶合力,让农村老年人积极融入数字化时代,共同分享美好的数字化生活。
In the process of building a digital village,it is urgent to resolve the contradiction between the rapid development of digital technology and the deepening digital divide among the rural elderly.By analysing the current situation of digital construction in rural areas and investigating the use of mobile phones by rural elderly in the Q district of Chongqing,this paper discusses the main symptoms of the digital divide among rural elderly:the digital mindset divide,the technology application divide,the product supply divide and the digital feedback divide.The digital divide is mainly caused by the lack of digital literacy and fear among the rural elderly,the lack of ability to apply digital technology,the difficulty of intelligent products to meet diversified needs,and the lack of digital feedback.To bridge the digital divide among the rural elderly,it is necessary to cultivate their digital literacy,improve their digital technology application skills,increase the supply of senior-friendly intelligent terminal products,and form a synergy of government,society,enterprises and family support,so that the rural elderly can actively integrate into the digital era and share a better digital life.
