摘要
随着中国城市化建设进程的逐步推进,电力负荷不断攀升,配网新建工程逐年增多,配网设计与施工的偏差问题日益凸显。为解决配网工程设计与施工偏差大的问题,提出了一种基于尺度不变特征的配网施工偏差分析方法。在配网设计阶段,建立配网建设时空分布模型,实现配网的网架设计、施工质量标准及配网施工工期等信息的深度融合。在配网施工阶段,针对配网施工现场图像中的特征点,采用尺度不变特征算法建立图像时空重构分析算法,实现配网施工质量、进度与设计的比较,并进行偏差告警。在某地市配网施工现场应用该方法,其偏差分析准确率达98.5%。应用结果表明:该方法可精准识别配网设计与施工中存在的偏差,并进行偏差预警。
With the gradual advancement of China’s urbanization process, the power load is rising and the number of new projects of distribution network is increasing year by year, the deviation problem of distribution network design and construction is becoming more and more prominent. To solve the problem of large deviation of distribution network engineering design and construction, a method of analysis of deviation of distribution network construction based on scale invariant characteristics is proposed. In the distribution network design stage, a distribution network construction spatial-temporal distribution model is established to realize the in-depth integration of information on distribution network frame design, construction quality standards and distribution network construction duration. In the distribution network construction stage, the scale invariant feature algorithm is used to establish the image spatial-temporal reconstruction analysis algorithm for the feature points in the distribution network construction site image, to realize the comparison of the distribution network construction quality and progress with the design, and to carry out deviation alarming. The method is applied to a distribution network construction site in a local city, and its deviation analysis accuracy rate has reached 98.5%. The application results show that the method can accurately identify deviations in the design and construction of the distribution network and carry out deviation warnings.
