摘要
通过宏观分析、理化性能检测和微观分析,明确30CrMoA HL抽油光杆的失效原因。结果表明:失效抽油光杆理化性能符合标准要求,不是造成事故的主要原因。造成抽油光杆失效的直接原因是早期应力疲劳断裂;主要原因是失效样品运行过程中,除承受正常运行产生的拉-拉疲劳载荷外,还承受额外弯曲疲劳载荷(由于安装不正或与井口不对中产生)、高频横向振动载荷(深抽井、稠油阻滞作用引起的)以及光杆卡子处的应力集中作用,导致应力疲劳寿命下降,从而引起疲劳断裂失效。建议安装时改进井口对中方式或引进新技术,采用新型光杆卡子等。
The failure reason of 30CrMoA HL polish rod was analyzed by macroscopic analysis, physical and chemical property testing and microscopic analysis. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the failed polish rod meet the requirements of the standard and are not the main cause of the accident. The direct cause of polish rod failure is the fracture caused by early stress fatigue. During the operation of the polish rod, in addition to the tension fatigue load generated during normal operation, the polish rod also bears additional bending fatigue load(caused by improper installation or misalignment with the wellhead), high-frequency transverse vibration load(caused by deep pumping well and viscous oil retardation) and stress concentration at the polish rod clips, which leads to the decline of stress fatigue life and fatigue fracture failure. It is recommended to improve the wellhead centering method during installation and introduce new technologies, such as the use of new polish rod clips.
