摘要
目的探究64排螺旋CT三维重建技术用于口腔科种植牙的效果,并评价其对种植牙成功率及并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析胜利油田中心医院2018年7月—2020年7月期间收治需种植牙的患者74例作为研究对象,根据摄片方法分为研究组(37例)和对照组(37例)。研究组使用64排螺旋CT三维重建技术扫描,对照组采用口腔全景CR摄影,比较两组患者种植牙使用一段时间后的成功率、并发症发生情况、手术满意度、图像成影质量以及种植牙偏离角度。结果研究组患者种植牙总成功率为86.49%,显著高于对照组(54.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意度为94.59%,显著高于对照组(54.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组图像清晰质量概率为83.78%,显著高于对照组(43.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且图像质量较高,可获取有效信息较多;研究组患者术后种植牙偏离角度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论借助螺旋CT三维重建技术可以准确清晰地获取患者口腔解剖结构图,为手术方案提供依据,使其更加精确周密,从而提升治疗方案可靠性并显著提高手术成功率及患者满意度,有效降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in dental implants,and to evaluate its success rate and complications.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 74 patients requiring dental implants in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 as the research subjects was made.Using a random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into a study group(37 cases)and a control group(37 cases).The 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology was used to scan in the study group,and oral panoramic CR photography was used in the control group.The success rate of dental implants,complications,surgical satisfaction,and image formation after a period of use were observed and compared.Results:①The total success rate of dental implants in the study group was 86.49%,which was significantly higher than 54.05%in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 94.59%,which significantly higher than 54.05%of those in the control group The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);③The probability of clear image quality in the study group was 83.78%,which was significantly higher than 43.24%in the control group,and because of the higher image quality,more effective utilization information could be obtained.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:With the help of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology,the patient's oral anatomy can be obtained accurately and clearly,providing a higher-quality theoretical basis for the surgical plan to make it more precise and thorough,thereby improving the reliability of the treatment plan and significantly increasing the success rate of the operation and patient satisfaction.It can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications and has clinical value.
