摘要
[目的]开展优质三系不育系的选育,以提高杂交稻的稻米品质。[方法]采用自育中间材料TZB11-2与JYB2-9杂交。经7年杂交与回交转育,育成植株矮壮、叶色淡绿、不育性稳定的优质长粒型三系不育系‘又香A’。分析了‘又香A’主要特征特性。[结果]细胞质雄性不育系‘又香A’于2021年通过广西壮族自治区科学技术厅科技成果鉴定[桂农品审鉴(稻)2021003号]。该不育系异交特性好,柱头平均总外露率55.9%,双边外露率49.8%。‘又香A’配合力好,先后配组出‘又香优龙丝苗’‘又香优香丝苗’‘又香优雅丝香’‘又香优郁香’和‘又香优又丝苗’等高产、优质的三系杂交稻组合,并通过国家级或省级水稻新品种审定。[结论]细胞质雄性不育系‘又香A’农艺性状优良、稻米品质优、配合力强,应用前景广泛。
[Purpose] In order to improve the quality of hybrid rice, this study carried out the breeding of three lines of high quality sterile lines. [Method] Using self-fertile hybrid materials of TZB11-2 and JYB2-9, after 7 years of hybridization and backcrossing, the high quality long-grain sterile three-line ‘Youxiang A’ with short and strong plants, light green leaves and stable sterility was bred. The main characteristics of the three-line ‘Youxiang A’ were analyzed. [Result] The cytoplasmic male sterile line ‘Youxiang A’ was identified as a scientific achievement [Gui Agriculture Product Authentication(Rice) No.2021003] by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2021. The male sterile line had good outcrossing characteristics, and the total rate of stigma exposure was 55.9%, of which the bilateral exposure rate was 49.8%. ‘Youxiang A’ had good combining ability, and successively produced high-yield and high-quality three-line hybrid rice combinations, such as ‘YouxiangyouLongsimiao’, ‘YouxiangyouXiangsimiao’, ‘YouxiangyouYasixiang’, ‘YouxiangyouYuxiang’ and ‘YouxiangyouYousimiao’, which passed the national or provincial examination and approval as new rice varieties. [Conclusion] ‘Youxiang A’ is a cytoplasmic male sterile line with good agronomic characters, high rice quality and strong combining ability, which has wide application prospects.
