摘要 以位于江北新区的省级重点规划建设项目——江北新区市民中心工程为例,针对其地上两栋独立的塔楼结构为我国首例最大直径钢环梁整体提升,同时也是我国首例刚柔结合型整体提升工程的情况,及所面临的空间造型复杂、超大吨位、结构自身刚度差等技术难题,设计并使用了多吊点刚柔结合的同步提升施工技术方案,对钢结构刚柔结合同步提升施工过程控制进行了分析探讨。新技术在确保复杂空间钢结构工程施工重量和进度的同时,增强安全保障,推进高效建造,值的推广应用。 Taking the Jiangbei New District Civic Center Project,a provincial key planning and construction project located in Jiangbei New District as an example,the two independent tower structures on the ground are the first overall upgrade of the largest diameter steel ring beam in my country,and it is also the first example in my country.In view of the objective reality of the rigid-flexible integrated lifting project,as well as the technical difficulties it faces,such as complex space modeling,super large tonnage,and poor rigidity of the structure itself,a synchronous lifting construction technical scheme combining rigid-flexibility with multiple lifting points is designed and used.The rigid-flexible combination of synchronous lifting construction process control is analyzed and discussed.While ensuring the construction weight and progress of complex space steel structure projects,the new technology enhances safety guarantees,promotes efficient construction,and promotes the application of value.
