摘要
复杂性泌尿系结石的微创治疗一直是临床关注的焦点。经皮肾镜碎石术处理大负荷结石具有较高的清石率及效率,输尿管软镜碎石术创伤小、恢复快、是治疗<2 cm肾结石的首选。顺逆行双镜联合手术方式可将两者优势互补,最大程度地降低肾脏损伤并提高疗效,是处理复杂性泌尿系结石的重要法宝,但因其技术难度较高且目前临床尚无系统全面的指导性文章,故本文将结合国内外文献及本中心经验,重点介绍并探讨一期同时顺逆行双镜联合手术的临床进展、技术应用及相关研究。
Minimally invasive treatment of complicated urinary stones has always been the focus of clinical practice.Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy has a high stone free rate and efficiency in the treatment of heavy load stones.Retrograde intrarenal surgery is the first choice for the treatment of renal stones<2 cm with small trauma and rapid recovery.Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with retrograde intrarenal surgery can combine anterograde and retrograde endoscopic surgery,maximum the advantages of the two methods,minimize renal injury and improve the curative effect,which is an important method for the management of complex urinary stones.Due to its high technical difficulty,there are no systematic and comprehensive gui-ding papers in clinical practice.Based on the domestic and foreign literature and the experience of our center,this paper will introduce and discuss the clinical progress,technical application and related research of one-stage anterograde and retrograde double endoscopic surgery.
