摘要
目的探究舒适护理在子宫肌瘤手术中的应用效果及VAS评分。方法调研样本限定为本院行子宫肌瘤手术干预的患者,于2020年1月到2021年1月期间共计收录64例患者,其中常规护理干预的32例纳入对照组,舒适护理干预的32例纳入干预组,分析组间调研数据差异。结果干预组护理满意度占比高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前组间VAS评分对比无意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组VAS评分7d、14d、21d阶段均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤手术干预后,开展舒适护理干预措施能够更好地促进患者身心状态的改善,优化整体的VAS评分,有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect and VAS score of comfortable nursing in uterine fibroids surgery.Methods The survey sample was limited to the patients who underwent uterine fibroids surgical intervention in our hospital.A total of 64 patients were included from January 2020 to January 2021,of which 32 cases of routine nursing intervention were included in the control group,and 32 cases of comfortable nursing intervention were included in the control group.Cases were included in the intervention group,and differences in survey data between groups were analyzed.Results The proportion of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score between the groups before the intervention was insignificant(P<0.05);the VAS score in the intervention group at 7d,14d,and 21d after the intervention was lower than that of the control group group(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After uterine fibroids surgical intervention,carrying out comfort nursing intervention measures can better promote the improvement of patients'physical and mental state,optimize the overall VAS score,and has good clinical application value.
