摘要
为了获得表面电阻率低而介电强度高的绝缘材料,减小直流输电过程中的表面闪络现象,在环氧树脂(EP)中掺杂TiO_(2)纳米颗粒得到TiO_(2)-EP复合材料。通过热失重、表面电阻率、介电击穿强度、拉伸强度和抗弯强度等性能测试分析了TiO_(2)纳米颗粒含量对EP热性能、电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着TiO_(2)含量的增加,复合材料的热性能基本不变,表面电阻率呈现先降低后升高的趋势,介电击穿强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当TiO_(2)含量为5%时,TiO_(2)-EP复合材料具有最低的表面电阻率和最高的介电击穿强度。
In order to obtain insulating materials with low surface resistivity and high dielectric strength and reduce surface flashover phenomenon in the process of DC power transmission, TiO_(2)-epoxy resin composite materials were obtained by doping TiOnanoparticles in epoxy resin. The effect of mass fraction of TiO_(2)on the thermal properties,electrical property and mechanical property of prepared TiO_(2)-epoxy resin composite material was studied by thermogravimetic, surface resistivity, dielectric breakdown strength, tensile strength and flexural strength analysis.The results showed that with the increasing of mass fraction of TiO_(2), the thermal stability of composites remains unchanged, the surface resistivity exhibits decrease first and then increase and the dielectric breakdown strength exhibits increase first and then decrease. The superior surface resistivity and dielectric breakdown strength could be obtained when the mass fraction of TiOwas 5%.
