摘要
传统调度系统处理地理数据的效率较低,导致制定出警路径的依据不足,因此设计基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)的应急消防指挥调度系统。首先,搭建消防指挥调度时序数据库,构建调度智能决策模块;其次,基于GIS定位火警点位置,制定快速出警路径,提升消防救援的及时性和针对性;最后,进行应用测试。测试结果表明,实验组规划出警路径的平均时间较对照组缩短5.8 s,其出警路径权重平均值较对照组降低0.47,达到预期效果。
The efficiency of the traditional dispatching system in processing geographic data is low,which leads to insufficient basis for formulating the alarm route.Therefore,the emergency fire command and dispatching system based on Geographic Information System(GIS)is designed.Firstly,the time sequence database of fire command and dispatching is built,and the dispatching intelligent decision-making module is built.Secondly,locate the location of fire alarm points based on GIS,formulate rapid alarm paths,and improve the timeliness and pertinence of fire rescue.Finally,the application test is carried out.The test results show that the average time of planning the alarm path in the experimental group is 5.8 s shorter than that in the control group,and the average weight of the alarm path is 0.47 lower than that in the control group,which achieves the expected effect.
