摘要 目前中国南方农业区存在着许多灌溉需求不平衡、农业灌溉体系不合理低效的问题,如何实现农业灌区的高效能灌溉,解决用水供需平衡问题,是农业区灌溉区所面临的长期重要课题。文章以遂溪县农业灌溉区目前所面临的灌溉低效、用水供需不平衡、水资源浪费、灌溉节水体系缺乏等问题为研究背景,按照总量控制、定额管理的总体思路,采用供需平衡理论对灌区用水现状和水资源需求量进行预测和计算,并且针对性的进行水源工程设计、输配水工程设计和田间取水工程设计,制定了相应的灌溉制度,提出了节水技术和用水管理方案,并提出了后续的监测方案,为类似的农业区灌溉体系的设计提供了类似参考。 At present, there are many problems of unbalanced irrigation demand and unreasonable and inefficient agricultural irrigation system in the southern agricultural areas. How to achieve high-efficiency irrigation and solve the problem of water supply and demand balance are the long-term important issues faced by the irrigation areas in the agricultural areas. This paper takes the current problems of low efficiency of irrigation, imbalance of water supply and demand, waste of water resources, lack of irrigation water-saving system and so on in the agricultural irrigation area of Suixi County as the research background, according to the overall idea of total quantity control and quota management, this paper adopts the supply-demand balance theory to predict and calculate the current situation of water consumption and demand for water resources in the irrigated area, and targeted water source engineering design, water distribution engineering design and field water intake engineering design, formulated the corresponding irrigation system. The water-saving technology and water management scheme are put forward, and the follow-up monitoring scheme is put forward, which provides similar reference for the design of irrigation system in similar agricultural areas.
