高职学生对工匠精神认知的调查及提升对策研究——以物流管理类专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 工匠精神是一种职业精神和文化,有别于其它精神,贯穿于整个职业生涯,独树一帜的职业精神。新时代工匠精神具体体现在:拥有高度的责任意识、质量意识、敬业态度、精业能力和奉献精神。要加强对学生工匠精神的教育,从而培养符合时代要求的学生。现阶段学生对工匠精神认知不足,主要存在着社会渲染力度不足、院校培育强度不够、学生个人认知缺乏等问题,通过“增强社会对工匠精神关注、推广课程思政、深入推进校企合作产教融合、加强工匠精神融入校园文化”等举措,从而提高学生对工匠精神的全面认识。 Craftsman Spirit is a kind of professional spirit and culture,which is different from other spirits and runs through the whole career.It is a unique professional spirit.Craftsman Spirit in the new era is embodied in whether they have a high sense of responsibility,quality awareness,professionalism,professional competence and dedication.It is necessary to strengthen the education of the craftsman spirit of students,so as to cultivate students who meet the higher requirements of the times.At the present stage,students’ awareness of craftsmanship spirit is insufficient,mainly including insufficient social rendering,insufficient cultivation intensity of colleges and universities,and lack of personal awareness of students.Through increasing social attention to craftsmanship spirit,promoting ideological and political construction of courses,deeply promoting school enterprise cooperation,production and education integration,and strengthening measures to integrate craftsmanship spirit into campus culture,students’ comprehensive understanding of craftsmanship spirit can be improved.
