摘要
电能和热能作为二次能源,供热和供电系统产生的碳排放基本都来自产能侧。同时,随着综合能源的的发展,电热网络的耦合变得紧密。因此,如何界定产能、传输以及用户侧碳排放责任对碳排放进行计量是促进电力网络和热力网络各个环节低碳发展的重要措施。针对这一问题,为改进现有宏观计量的局限性,提出了基于碳排放流的电热耦合网络考虑网络损耗的全流程碳计量方法。创新地将电热耦合系统作为整体,提出了网络中的碳排放流定义和指标,并建立了电热耦合网络以及耦合设备的全流程碳排放流模型。提出了一种涉及能量传输全流程的碳排放计量架构,所提方法能够有效地对电热耦合网中产能环节、传输环节以及用能环节进行碳排放的计量。文中给出了示例系统,验证了模型与算法的准确性。
Electricity and heat are used as secondary energy sources,and the carbon emissions generated by the heating and power supply system basically come from the capacity side.Meanwhile,with the development of integrated energy sources,the coupling of electro-thermal networks has become tight.Therefore,how to define the responsibility for carbon emissions on the capacity,transmission and user side to measure carbon emissions is an important measure to promote low-carbon development in all parts of the electro-thermal networks.In order to improve the limitations of existing macro-metering,a whole-process carbon metering method based on carbon emission flow for coupled electro-thermal networks considering network losses is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the definition and index of carbon emission flow in electro-thermal networks are proposed,and the carbon emission flow model of electro-thermal coupling networks as well as coupling equipment is established.A carbon emission metering infrastructure involving the whole flow of energy transmission is proposed,which can effectively measure the carbon emission of the production link,transmission link and energy use link in the electro-thermal coupling network.Finally,an example system is given to verify the accuracy of the model and algorithm.
