摘要
针对目前天然乐器制作材料稀缺的问题,提出用聚乳酸树脂和亚麻纤维制作适合乐器的复合材料,通过拉伸、弯拉和动态力学试验,研究了声音不同复合材料中的传播规律。结果表明:声音在20%亚麻复合材料中的传播速度与50年桃花心木材料的速度相近;经对吉他振动测试验证,20%亚麻复合材料阻尼系数与桃花心木材料的阻尼系数接近,说明20%亚麻复合材料可以作为制作多种乐器的材料使用。
In view of the scarcity of materials for making natural musical instruments at present,it is proposed to make composites suitable for musical instruments with polylactic acid resin and flax fiber.Through tensile,bending and dynamic mechanical tests,the propagation law of sound in different composites is studied.The results show that the propagation speed of sound in 20%flax composites is similar to that of 50-year-old mahogany.Under the condition of guitar vibration,the damping coefficient of 20%flax composite is close to that of mahogany,indicating that 20%flax composite can be used as a material for making musical instruments.
