应用于装配式桥梁的微膨胀UHPC研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过制备自密实微膨胀UHPC的原材料入手,分析多种因素对自密实微膨胀UHPC的性能影响,结果显示当减水剂掺量由0.3%提高到0.45%时,自密实微膨胀UHPC的抗压强度由68 MPa增加至最高抗压强度90.2 MPa;当减水剂掺量超过0.45%时,自密实微膨胀UHPC的抗压强度出现降低;在钢纤维体积掺量不超过2.5%的前提下,随着钢纤维体积掺量的增加,自密实微膨胀UHPC的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度均有所增加。结果说明应用于装配式桥梁的自密实微膨胀UHPC的结构性能受到减水剂、钢纤维体积、膨胀剂、粉煤灰微珠掺量等多种因素的共同影响。 Starting with the raw materials for preparing self-compacting micro expansion UHPC,the effects of various factors on the performance of self-compacting micro expansion UHPC are analyzed.The results show that when the content of water reducer is increased from 0.3%to 0.45%,the compressive strength of self-compacting micro expansion UHPC increases from 68 MPa to 90.2 MPa;when the content of superplasticizer exceeds 0.45%,the compressive strength of self-compacting micro expansion UHPC decreases;on the premise that the volume content of steel fiber does not exceed 2.5%,the compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength of self-compacting micro expansion UHPC increase with the increase of volume content of steel fiber.It can be concluded that the structural properties of self-compacting micro expansion UHPC applied to fabricated bridges are affected by many factors,such as water reducer,steel fiber volume,expansion agent,fly ash bead content and so on.
