废胶粉复合改性沥青相容性研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用分子动力学模拟、差示扫描量热分析、离析软化点差3种方法研究废胶粉复合改性沥青在化学助剂作用下胶粉与沥青相容性的变化。首先,采用Materials Studio软件构建沥青四组分代表分子、胶粉代表分子、化学助剂代表分子的单体模型与混合体系模型,模型经优化处理后进行分子动力学分析,计算得到各模型的溶解度参数和沥青与胶粉代表分子−丁苯橡胶及各混合体系的溶解度参数差;然后,根据差示扫描量热分析和离析软化点差的试验结果对废胶粉复合改性沥青中沥青与胶粉的相容性进行综合分析。研究结果表明:在化学助剂的作用下,胶粉与沥青的相容性得到增强;废胶粉复合改性沥青的总吸热量低于普通胶粉改性沥青的总吸热量,废胶粉复合改性沥青更加稳定;废胶粉复合改性沥青的相容性优于普通胶粉改性沥青的相容性。 Molecular dynamics simulation,differential scanning calorimetry and separation softening point difference were used to study the change of the compatibility of crumb rubber with asphalt under the action of chemical additives in the crumb rubber powder composite modified asphalt.Firstly,Materials Studio software was used to build monomer models and mixed system models of asphalt four-component representative molecules,crumb rubber representative molecules and chemical additives representative molecules,and the models were optimized and subjected to molecular dynamics analysis.Then,the compatibility of asphalt and crumb rubber powder in the crumb rubber powder composite modified asphalt was analyzed based on the results of differential scanning calorimetric analysis and separation softening point difference.The results show that the compatibility of the crumb rubber powder with asphalt is enhanced by the action of chemical additives.The total heat absorption of the crumb rubber powder composite modified asphalt is lower than that of the common crumb rubber modified asphalt.The crumb rubber powder composite modified asphalt is more stable.The compatibility of the crumb rubber powder composite modified asphalt is better than that of the common crumb rubber modified asphalt.
