摘要
目的:分析健康教育联合阻力呼吸器锻炼对肺癌放疗后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年12月兴化市人民医院肿瘤科收治的肺癌放疗患者140例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各70例。对照组给予健康教育干预,观察组给予健康教育联合阻力呼吸器锻炼干预,比较两组患者肺功能、生活质量和护理满意率。结果:干预后,两组患者用力肺活量、第1 s用力呼气容积占预测值百分比均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者社会、情绪、躯体生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合阻力呼吸器锻炼治疗肺癌放疗患者疗效显著,可改善患者肺功能,提高患者生活质量,护理满意率较高。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of health education combined with resistance respirator exercise inpatients with lung cancer after radiotherapy. Methods: A total of 140 lung cancer patients who received radiotherapy inDepartment of Oncology, Xinghua People’s Hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method, with 70 cases ineach group. The control group carried out health education intervention, and the observation group carried out health educationcombined with resistance respirator exercise. Lung function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rates were compared betweenthe two groups. Results: After intervention, the precentages of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first secondto the predicted value of the two groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statisticallysignificant differences(P<0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life scores for social, emotional and physical items of the twogroups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients for nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of health education and resistance respiratorexercise in treatment of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy is significantly effective, it can improve lung function and thequality of life of patients, with high nursing satisfaction rate.
