摘要
目的:探讨肾结石对社区高血压患者健康管理中血压达标情况的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年1月在深圳坪山区公立医疗机构治疗的高血压患者147例为研究对象,依据是否伴发肾结石分为研究组(高血压伴肾结石)和对照组(高血压不伴肾结石)。比较两组健康管理后血压水平,应用Logistic回归分析研究肾结石与血压达标的相关性。结果:研究组血压达标43例(达标率59.72%),对照组血压达标57例(达标率76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组收缩压均值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组舒张压均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,肾结石(OR=2.14)是血压达标的危险因素。结论:肾结石是社区高血压患者健康管理中血压达标的危险因素,其会降低收缩压的达标率,可作为高血压健康管理的潜在干预因素。
Objective: To explore the influence of renal calculi on blood pressure qualification in community health management of hypertension patients. Methods: A total of 147 patients with hypertension who were treated in public medical institutions of Pingshan District of Shenzhen from June 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects and they were divided into research group(hypertension with renal calculi) and control group(renal calculi without renal calculi) according to the presence or absence of complicated renal calculi. Blood pressure levels after health management of the two groups were compared and Logistic regression analysis was used to study the correlation between renal calculi and blood pressure qualification. Results: The blood pressure was qualified in 43 cases of the study group(qualification rate was 59.72%), which was lower than that in the control group(57 cases, qualification rate was 76.00%), with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The mean systolic blood pressure in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that renal calculi(OR=2.14) was the risk factor for blood pressure qualification. Conclusion: Renal calculi is the risk factor for blood pressure qualification in community health management of hypertension patients, it can reduce the qualification rate of systolic blood pressure and can be used as a potential intervention factor for the health management of hypertension.
