摘要
技术创新有助于企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中占有有利地位。要想成功进行技术创新,要求企业不仅拥有技术创新所需的各种资源,而且还拥有强大的转化资源的创新能力。基于资源学派“资源-能力-绩效”的理论范式,结合企业变革理论的理论框架,以山东省部分技术创新型企业为研究对象,探讨组织学习对互补资产和技术创新绩效的调节效应。研究发现组织学习对互补资产与技术创新绩效关系的调节效应部分显著;在具体的维度关系对应上,学习承诺、共同愿景对互补资产和研究开发数量的调节效应显著,但是开放心智对互补资产和研究开发数量的调节效应不显著,学习承诺、共同愿景、开放心智对互补资产和技术商品化程度的调节效应都不显著。
Technological innovation helps enterprises to occupy a favorable position in the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to carry on the technology innovation successfully,the enterprise not only has all kinds of resources which the technology innovation needs,but also has the powerful innovation ability which transforms the resources.Based on the theoretical paradigm of resource-capability-performance of Resource School and the theoretical framework of enterprise change theory,this paper takes part of Shandong’s technological innovation-oriented enterprises as the research object,and discusses the moderating effect of organizational learning on complementary assets and innovation performance.It is found that organizational learning has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between complementary assets and innovation performance,and that the moderating effects of learning commitment and shared vision on complementary assets and R&D quantity were significant;but the moderating effect of open mind on complementary assets and R&D quantity was not significant,and the moderating effects of learning commitment,shared vision and open mind on complementary assets and commercialization of Technology were not significant.
