摘要
针对某型号的汽车转向管柱护罩具有薄壁且内部有多处的加强筋和boss柱及异形倒扣、两侧外部有内凹的特征,设计一副一模一腔的热流道注塑模具。利用计算机辅助工程技术(CAE)进行了“填充+保压+翘曲”的分析可以预判塑件在成型过程中可能出现的问题,分析结果满足塑件的成型质量要求;通过设计“侧型芯+滑块+斜导柱”抽芯与液压抽芯机构解决了塑件侧向脱模的问题;在顶出系统中设计了直斜顶组合机构,防止塑件顶出变形;在模具顶针板上了设计了定距拉钩机构,利用两个斜顶块与一个大直顶块组成的二次顶出机构,解决了塑件内部因空间狭小限制脱倒扣的问题;各个机构单独设计了冷却回路,使模具温度均匀。模具投产后,各抽芯机构运动顺畅,成型塑件符合技术要求,为类似塑件模具的研发提供了良好的借鉴。
A hot runner injection mould with one mould cavity was designed for a certain type of car steering column protect‐ing cover,which was thin-walled,with multiple stiffeners,boss columns and irregular inverted buckles inside and concave on both sides.The analysis of"filling+pressure holding+warping"by using computer aided engineering(CAE)could predict the possible problems in the forming process of the plastic parts,and the analysis results met the forming quality requirements of the plastic parts.The problem of lateral demoulding of the plastic parts was solved by designing"side core+slide+angle pin"core pulling mechanism and hydraulic core pulling mechanism.In the ejection system,a straight and inclined ejector combined mechanism was designed to prevent the ejection deformation of the plastic parts.The fixed distance draw hook mechanism was designed on the ejector pin plate of the mould,and the secondary ejection mechanism composed of two inclined ejector blocks and a large straight ejector block was used to solve the problem of limit demoulding buckle due to the narrow space inside the plastic parts.The cooling circuit of each mechanism was designed separately,and the mold temperature was uniform.After the mould was put into production,the core pull‐ing mechanisms moved smoothly,and the molding plastic parts met the technical requirements,which provided a good reference for the research and development of similar plastic part moulds.
