横向交变载荷下螺栓连接松动分析 被引量:2

摘要 在相同的螺栓连接下,不同材质的连接板是否可以互换的问题是非常重要的。为了确定铸铁与铝合金(AlSi7Mg0.3)两种不同材料连接板在相同工况下,螺栓预紧力的衰退情况是否相同,采用了带有螺纹升角的螺栓有限元模型进行有限元分析并与试验相结合的研究方法,结果表明,在受到低强度的横向交变载荷与施加较低的螺栓预紧力时,铝合金(AlSi7Mg0.3)连接板的预紧力衰退速度更慢,反之,铸铁连接板的预紧力衰退速度更慢,说明铝合金(AlSi7Mg0.3)连接板适用于工作载荷轻的工作场合,铸铁连接板适合工作载荷重的场景。 Under the same bolt connection,whether the connection plates of different materials can be exchanged is very important.In order to determine whether the decline of bolt pre-tightening force of cast iron and aluminum alloy(AlSi7Mg0.3)connection plates is the same under the same working conditions,the finite element model of bolt with thread angle was used for finite element analysis and combined with the experimental research method.The results show that when the transverse alternating load with low strength and low bolt pre-tightening force are applied,the decline rate of pre-tightening force of aluminum alloy(AlSi7Mg0.3)connection plate is slower,and vice versa.It indicates that aluminum alloy(AlSi7Mg0.3)connection plate is suitable for light working load,and cast iron connection plate is suitable for heavy working load.
