摘要
以组态化的方式研究产线中多层次知识模型与逻辑、事件、运动和参数等基本要素的关联技术,实现产线孪生系统的3D多组态物化建模。通过描述产线物料、设备、生产资源逻辑、生产线流程时序和工位运动时序等对象间的行为关系,实现制造系统关键装备的弱装配关系建模。以锅打磨产线为案例,实现智能产线孪生系统的组态建模及运动仿真测试,验证3D多组态物化建模和弱装配关系快速建模方法的可行性,为建立智能产线的技术组件库提供技术及方法支撑。
This paper studies the correlation technology between multi-level knowledge model and basic elements such as logic,event,motion and parameters in production line in a configuration way,and realizes the 3D multi configuration materialized modeling of production line twin system.By describing the object characteristics,behavior and relationship of the system,the behavior and relationship among production line material object,equipment object,production resource logic object,production line process sequence object and station motion sequence object are established to realize the weak assembly relationship modeling of key equipment in manufacturing system.Taking the pot polishing production line as examples,the configuration modeling and motion simulation test of the twin system of the intelligent production line are realized,the feasibility of 3D multi configuration materialization modeling and weak assembly relationship rapid modeling method is verified,and the technical and method support is provided for establishing the technical component library of the intelligent production line.
