摘要
目的观察地屈孕酮片治疗异常子宫出血的应用疗效。方法选取本院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的54例异常子宫出血患者为本研究对象,按照是否应用地屈孕酮片分为对照组(27例:未应用地屈孕酮片而应用小剂量米非司酮)与试验组(27例:应用地屈孕酮片),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者连续治疗3个疗程后雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)显著低于对照组,此外,试验组患者连续治疗3个疗程后月经量、子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗3个疗程后血红蛋白为以及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率相较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异常子宫出血地屈孕酮片治疗可显著提升治疗效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ground progesterone tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 54 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,according to whether applied progesterone tablets is divided into control group(27 cases:no applied progesterone and low-dose mifepristone)and experimental group(27 cases:applied progesterone tablets),compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results After estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)were(222.33±20.34)pmol/L and(3.72±0.21)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than the control group,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were(32.75±4.32)mL and(3.48±0.21)mm of the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the hemoglobin protein was(144.43±5.41)and the total response rate(96.30%)were higher than that of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of post-treatment adverse effects between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding tablets can significantly improve the treatment effect.
