摘要
目的分析放置宫内节育器(IUD)后月经量过多防治中应用宫血宁胶囊的临床效果及价值。方法选取82例行IUD放置患者,根据奇偶数法分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组予以氨基己酸开展防治,研究组予以宫血宁胶囊开展防治。比较两组治疗前后月经量、血红蛋白水平、临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果治疗前,两组月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第1、3、6个月,研究组月经量明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、治疗后第1个月,两组血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第3、6个月,研究组血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗满意度为97.56%,明显高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊对放置IUD后患者防治月经量过多具有较好的效果,可有效改善其血红蛋白水平,提高治疗满意度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of Gongxuening Capsule in the clinical prevention and treatment of menorrhagia after intrauterine device(IUD).Methods 82 patients with IUD placement were selected and divided into control group and study group according to odd-even method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminocaproic acid,and the study group was treated with Gongxuening capsule.The menstrual volume,hemoglobin level,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The menstrual volume of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin level between the two groups before treatment and the first month after treatment(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the hemoglobin level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than 85.37%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gong Xuening Capsule has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of menorrhagia in patients with IUD placement,which can effectively improve the hemoglobin level and treatment satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
