摘要
以全国职业院校高职组“工业机器人技术应用”赛项设备为对象,进行基于MCD的自动化装配站的虚拟仿真设计。系统讲解了MCD配置和仿真、工业机器人虚拟仿真软件Ke Motion3编程、PLC编程等设计过程。经过工业机器人虚拟仿真软件、MCD、博途V15等软件在环仿真测试,证实该虚拟系统测试稳定,能有效解决实训教学过程中的“三高三难”痛点和难点,为推动现代职业教育高质量发展增效赋能。
The paper takes the competition equipment of "industrial robot technology application" in the higher vocational group of national vocational colleges as the object, and carries out the virtual simulation design of automatic assembly station based on MCD. The system explains the design process of MCD configuration and simulation, industrial robot virtual simulation software Ke Motion3 programming, PLC programming and so on.Through the software in the loop simulation test of industrial robot virtual simulation software, MCD, botu V15 and other software, it is confirmed that the virtual system test is stable, which can effectively solve the "three high and three difficult" pain points and difficulties in the process of training and teaching, and enable efficiency to promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.
